As a user of PARKetplace, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information you provide for parking spot listings or bookings.
• You will comply with all applicable local parking bylaws, property rules, and regulations.
• You will not misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activities, or cause harm to the service or other users.

Payments

All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card or payment details. By making a transaction, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processor.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in illegal or fraudulent behavior, or otherwise disrupt the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
