For those who like to plan ahead—whether it's for a weekend getaway, business trip, concert, or medical appointment—you can search available spots by date and book in advance. No more last-minute stress or uncertainty—just peace of mind knowing your parking is already reserved.
Less circling means less traffic, less stress, and lower emissions. PARKetplace reduces wasted gas and makes better use of what’s already built.
PARKetplace charges a small 20% service fee, but that doesn't all go to us. On an average $5 booking, Stripe takes about 2.9% + 30¢ ($0.445), leaving roughly $4.55. Of that, PARKetplace receives about 10%—just enough to keep the platform running and growing. The rest goes to the person offering the spot. We're here to support a fair and local economy, not gouge people.
We're proudly Canadian—built and hosted in Nova Scotia—and we're here to serve people, not exploit them. As we grow, PARKetplace will offer discounts or even free parking for hospital visits, students, and funerals. We believe in supporting people when it matters most.
